Training

In Person Training

Orientation/Training will be in-person at Blue Oaks Church, 7139 Koll Center Parkway, Pleasanton, CA 94566
  • Feb 6 @ 5pm ~or~
  • Feb 9 @ 6pm
We expect training to take about one hour. At this training you will:
  • Meet your team leader and other team members
  • Learn how to work with people with special needs
  • Receive training specific to your position
  • Receive an orientation on the building/event layout
  • Receive your badge. You will not need to stand in line the night of the event to receive your badge this year!

Step 1 of 3: Registration

Sign up for a position. Registration closes on January 26, 2026 @ 9 PM.

2.
Step 2 of 3: Qualification

If you'll be 18 or older as of the event date, we need to obtain a recent background check. If under 18, we'll need permission from a parent or guardian.

3.
Step 3 of 3: Training

Attendance is required. Get your lanyard (needed for entrance to the event), orientation and training.
