About the Event

Night to Shine Tri-Valley is a joyous celebration of love, inclusion, and community for guests aged 14 and older. It’s a night where you can dance the night away, enjoy delicious food, sing your heart out at team karaoke, and try your hand at some creative crafts — all while enjoying cozy spaces if you need a break. Each guest is paired with a friendly buddy, making this unforgettable evening even more special!

NTS TRI-VALLEY IS LOCALLY FUNDED!

The 2024 event will cost $85,000. That’s roughly $65 per Honored Guest, Volunteer and Parent. The money to make this event a reality comes from individuals, churches, and businesses who donate or become event sponsors. Give now to help create a night filled with joy and celebration.

Get ready for a blast! We’ve got tons of fun volunteer opportunities waiting just for you: team up as a Buddy, bring the hype on the red carpet, capture those perfect moments as a photographer, unleash your inner superstar in the karaoke room, get creative with crafts, and so much more! Every role is a chance to make unforgettable memories and bring joy to everyone.

Buddies must be 16+ as of February 7, 2025
Other positions: 14+ as of February 7, 2025
If under 18, permission from a parent/guardian required
A background check is required for all over 18 volunteers
Registration closes on January 26, 2025 @ 9 PM
Training is on Feb 4 @ 4 PM or Feb 5 @ 6 PM. More info here.
